I was just thinking it’s time to revisit Monticello. I need to get a new t-shirt.
P.S. If you go to Monticello and Ash Lawn, you should really have lunch at Michie Tavern. Just sayin’.
I realized last night that it’s been 25 years since I’d been there. Dude. I will keep the dining advice in mind. My hubby has never been to either.
Man, I need to visit some of those places! We took the kids to Williamsburg two years ago now. What a great vacation. Went out to Jamestown, too, but didn’t have enough time there, and we missed Yorketown entirely.
We drove past Antietam and I thought, “I want to go there… see what it’s like.”
I’m hoping as a Boy Scout, the Boy Band gets to do the camping at Gettysburg experience!
We all need more time for travel and adventure. That is all.
I know. Road Trip! We all meet up a Monticello and have lunch at Michie Tavern in honor of old Thom.
P.S. I’ve got another TT up at the YA blog: http://sonoonthego.blogspot.com
I really need to win the lottery so I can go on my dream road trip. (It involves a 1967 mustang, you see…)
