Laughter Yoga is about getting silly and having fun. No mats on the floor, and no strange or difficult contortions of your body. No stories or jokes, either, just acting silly. Sit back and relax and laugh your class off with Stan Nelson, your licensed Laughter Yoga teacher. Your mood will shift and you will leave the session with a new outlook after spending a lot of the time laughing, chuckling, and smiling over the fun times you’ve just had.
Stan Nelson is a humorous Laughter Yoga instructor. Because he has also worked for many years as a caretaker, he has a fine-tuned empathy for other people and that compassion comes through—he knows what pain and suffering people can experience, and he strives to make them feel better.
