Have you ever had an experience where you saw something unexpectedly and it made you feel very excited? Here is one such story involving a long time patron that started more than 10 years ago.
As a fourth grader, Aidan wrote “The Magic Map”, winning the Fremont Unified School District’s Young Author’s Contest. Now he is a graduate student at the University of Chicago. When he brought his nephew to the library this winter break, he glanced through the shelves and randomly pulled a book out of the Young Author’s collection – woah, it was HIS own!!
